Guidelines

Paper Submission

Authors are invited to submit papers in electronic format. Instructions are published in the conference website. Acceptance or rejection of papers is based on peer review of the full papers. The size of the paper is limited to 6 pages conforming to the IEEE format and specifications. The IEEE paper template can be downloaded here .

AUTHORS

Authors wishing to participate at the conference must register individually. Each selected paper requires at least one author to attend the conference for presentation. Papers not actually presented at the conference shall not be included in the Conference Publications. 

  • Paper submissions should be in MS-Word/PDF
  • Papers submitted to ICORETech 2024 should be original and not published or submitted to any other conference/journal
  • Papers must be clearly presented in English language
  • Submissions which are simultaneously submitted to this conference and other events or publication venues as well as submissions that do not utilize the correct formatting template may not be accepted
  • Submissions will be selected based on their originality, timeliness, significance, relevance, and clarity of presentation.

PEER REVIEW

All accepted papers submitted for publication will be checked with anti-plagiarism software to check the overlapping/similarity index of the content with already published material. The papers with high overlapping index will be rejected straightaway. All other submissions will be sent for double blind reviewed by the Program Committee on the basis of technical quality, relevance to the conference’s topics of interest, originality, significance, and clarity. Submissions failing to comply with paper formatting and authors anonymity will be rejected without reviews.

FINAL NOTIFICATION

The notification will be emailed to the author based on the reviewers’ feedback. The Notification will be e-mailed to authors under any of the three categories

  1. Accepted [Corresponding author will receive an official acceptance letter as an attachment with the Email]
  2. May be accepted with minor/major changes
  3. Rejected

PLAGIARISM

  • Plagiarism, image manipulation, and data fabrication are not tolerated.
  • Plagiarism includes copying research ideas, text, images, or data from another source/research literature, even from the author’s own publications without giving any credit to the original source.
  • Text copied from another source must be reused within quotations, and the original source must be referenced. If the design of a research, or the structure or language of the publication, was inspired by previous research, the corresponding works must be explicitly cited.
  • If plagiarism is detected during the peer review process, the manuscript will be rejected. If plagiarism is detected after publication, we will retract the paper.

AUTHORSHIP PRINCIPLES

  • All authors whose names appear on the submission
  • Made substantial contributions to the conception or design of the work; or the acquisition, analysis, or interpretation of data; or the creation of new software used in the work
  • Drafted the work or revised it critically for important intellectual content
  • Approved the version to be published;
  • Agree to be accountable for all aspects of the work in ensuring that questions related to the accuracy or integrity of any part of the work are appropriately investigated and resolved
